Bruno VPL-3200 Information:

Designed exclusively for residential use, the Bruno 3200 VPL can transport you down to the basement or up to your bedroom. With a weight capacity of 750 pounds, the 3200 platform lift can easily handle a power chair, occupant, and caregiver.

Features:

  • Easy to use – Self-lowering ramp folds down for smooth on/off access and automatically folds up to create a safety barrier when the platform lift is in use. Pressure-control rocker switch provides easy up/down operation.
  • Safe – Automatically shuts down when the obstruction sensor under the platform is touched. Bruno platform lifts also feature an emergency stop switch on the platform control panel.
  • Indoor or Outdoor Use – Weather-resistant controls and specialized coating protect the lift. The optional cold-weather package further combats extreme weather conditions.
  • Reliable – Affordable AC power in 4-6 ft units(DC power options are available) and continuous charging DC battery-powered motor on 10 ft models.
  • Code-Compliant – Designed in accordance with ASME A18.1 section 5 and can be used in most applications to meet ANSI A117.1 National Accessibility Guidelines.

  • UNDER CARRIAGE SAFETY: totally enclosed bottom formed steel safety pans for unenclosed applications only.
  • AUTOMATIC LOWER RAMP: 16” (406 mm) long self-lowering ramp.
  • EMERGENCY LOWERING: external lockable keyed switch for lowering the platform by means of a separate battery located inside the electrical enclosure.
  • FINISH: exterior grade powder coat paint (standard color is champagne with anti-skid graphite gray platform floor and ramp) E-coated legs, platform, and landing gate parts
  • LIMIT SWITCHES: adjustable upper and lower limit switches; upper final limit switch
  • MANUAL LOWER DEVICE: optional; manual hand crank to lower device available; access to the adaptive shaft via a safety interlocked top cap.
  • REMOTE CONTROL: optional; station includes a separate landing call/send rocker switch or paddle controls and a keyed on/off switch
  • TOP LANDING GATE: optional; includes Bruno electrical mechanical interlock (EMI) or electric strike interlock (ESI), which releases the door, only when the platform is at the upper landing; electronic sensors stop platform from operating unless door is closed; also includes call/send rocker switch or paddle controls and keyed on/off switch mounted into gate frame; steel insert panels
  • PLATFORM GATE: optional; includes Bruno mechanical interlock, which releases the door only when the platform is at the lower landing. Electronic sensors stop the platform from operating unless the door is closed
